“Ringer i Vannet” ("Ripples in the water") is an initiative from the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). The aim is to make businesses and employers more aware and able to recruit persons with reduced work capacity. Although the initiative has not been evaluated, it is marketed as a success. The report documents the methods used, the perceived experiences and the success criteria according to the participants.
