Avtalen om fleksitid i staten ble endret i 2017. I dette prosjektet skal Fafo undersøke effekten av endringene. Oppdraget er gitt av Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet, og skal gjøres av Kristin Alsos (bildet), Rolf Andersen og Kristine Nergaard.
The collective bargaining parties in the state sector agreed to alter their agreement on flexible working time. In this project we investigate the effects of the changes made to the agreement.
