Anne Kielland diskuterer noen sentrale dilemmaer som vil møte dem som skal gjøre prioriteringene på dette området i årene framover. Rapporten er skrevet for Utenriksdepartementet.

How will social and economic conditions affect the education situation in some focus countries for Norwegian development cooperation towards 2030? Norway is increasing its’ support to the education sector, but the contextual features of the countries selected are very different, leading to some different future scenarios concerning aid dependency.
