The premises are suitable for everything from conferences, workshops, company parties, Christmas parties, confirmations, weddings and other occasions.
Auditorium
The 1st floor consists of a purpose-built auditorium with 128 seats. Here we have large canvas with projector upgraded in 2021 as well as modern AV system, and high-speed internet and wi-fi.
There is also equipment for streaming and it can be arranged (only) through an agreement with a third party that Fafo has an agreement with.
Venues for meetings and parties
On the 2nd floor there are three teaching rooms with capacity for almost 100 people. Two of the rooms on the 2nd floor are dimensioned for about 40 people, while one can accommodate about 12. However, the walls between the rooms are flexible, so that different needs can be met. It also makes it possible to have a company with food service or conference for up to 100 people. The floor has a small kitchen.
The premises on the 2nd floor are equipped with a large (85 inch) screen with the possibility of connecting a PC for presentations and there is an external microphone and camera for external digital participation.
Food service and rental request
We have an agreement with Estia Catering who can assist with food service and who handles the rental of the premises. They have kitchen facilities in the adjacent building. You can find more information about the premises, food options and contact information on Estia's website.
