The age limit for employment protection in the Work Environment Act increased from 70 to 72 years in 2015. At the same time, the internal age limit within companies was also set at a minimum of 70 years. This report shows how companies have adapted to the new regulations. Further, the use and effects of specific workplace arrangements for seniors, such as the additional vacation week and the right to reduced working hours, is also discussed.
