This project will stydy time use among employees in childcare services (for choldren between 0-6 years in the municipality sector. Previously there have been research on 'time thieves' among employees in the schools, but not in childcare. A concern i s that the educated teachers/leaders in childcare may not spend sufficiently amounts of time on face-to face interaction with children and didactic activities. This project explores time use based on a variety of research methods, whith emphasis on c ase studies and qualitative interviews, but also a small survey.
