Will competitive tenders and the internationalisation of the Norwegian labour market reduce workers' rights? In this report we have examined the cleaning, security and construction business sectors through three case studies, as well as systematically collected shop stewards’ experiences. We present the findings from the survey, and we discuss competitive tenders and consequences for the employees' wages and working conditions.
