The aim of this study is to discuss whether employees with LGBT background in the Church of Norway are exposed to special challenges in the performance of their professions.
There is a need for a better understanding of what is perceived to be problematic for LGBT people in ecclesiastical positions.
The study is conducted together with KIFO, Institute for Church, Religion, and Worldview Research.
