Department Mapping in FO (Fellesorganisasjonen)

Fafo will conduct a qualitative survey on how the Norwegian Union of Social Educators and Social Workers (FO) has planned and organized its work at the department level.

As part of the Norwegian Union of Social Educators and Social Workers' (FO) efforts to strengthen the organisation, Fafo will conduct a qualitative survey on how FO’s departments have planned and organised their work. FO’s departments play a central role in developing the organisation and have important tasks related to the development and coordination of professional policy at the local level. The results of the survey will be presented to the FO National Board in June 2025 and will contribute to FO’s efforts to further develop its work.
