The “Full-time Pot” is a development program for testing initiatives in the workplace with the aim of establishing more full-time positions. The program is funded by the Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion. The evaluation is conducted by Fafo, Economics Norway (SØA), and Framlent.
The objective of the formative evaluation design is to describe the initiatives being tested, the achieved results, and the methods used to achieve them. In addition, guidance is provided to all pilot projects to contribute to successful goal attainment. We have outlined four main activities: 1) close collaboration with the principal regarding program development, 2) knowledge summary, 3) formative evaluation, and 4) a comprehensive setup for participant guidance.
