  • INDI Working paper 3 – WP5 – Literature review
This working paper review examines how digitalisation is reshaping worker voice, participation and representation, with a particular focus on non-standard workers.
Drawing on existing literature, the authors develop a framework for understanding how digital footprints transform core dimensions of contemporary industrial citizenship, including collective action, social dialogue and industrial rights.

The report shows how digitally mediated practices both challenge and extend traditional models of industrial relations.

The literature review is written by Trine Pernille Larsen, University of Warrick, Emily Erickson, University of Warrick and Maarten Keune, University of Amsterdam.
