How do immigrant parents experience parenthood when facing Norwegian norms, expectations, and welfare services? This project explores their experiences, resources, and needs – and how these can be better addressed to strengthen the integration of both parents and children.
The purpose of the project is to map the reasons why religious and belief-based communities to varying degrees participate in additional education for religious and world-stance leaders (at the Faculty of Theology, UiO), what can lower the threshold and increase the breadth of participation, and what strategies and concrete measures can contribute to increased and broader recruitment.
