Supplementary education for religious and life stance leaders in Norway

The purpose of the project is to map the reasons why religious and belief-based communities to varying degrees participate in additional education for religious and world-stance leaders (at the Faculty of Theology, UiO), what can lower the threshold and increase the breadth of participation, and what strategies and concrete measures can contribute to increased and broader recruitment.

This will mainly be done through focus group conversations with different beliefs and beliefs, as well as a workshop where the Faculty of Theology and the Cooperation Council for Beliefs and Beliefs are also involved - and where measures will be focused.
