The working life of tomorrow

The purpose of this flagship issue is to shed light on areas that will be important to consider to best facilitate a safe and sustainable future working life.

Firstly, the project will present the latest research and findings on a selection of topics relevant to the future working life, and secondly, based on this, we will discuss what tomorrow's working life might look like.

The topics are:

• The Norwegian workplace model and the role of employee representatives
• The Norwegian leadership model
• Learning and skills development
• Job satisfaction, engagement, and autonomy in the workday
• The opportunities and limitations of technology
