The consultants' role and state agencies' experiences

In this project, we wish to explore the various roles consultants play in large state investment projects and the Government Project Model (SPM), as well as the experiences state entities (ministries and agencies) have had with consultant involvement in this type of project.

The purpose of the Government Project Model (SPM) is to ensure a sound basis for decision-making for political leadership in Norway in connection with major projects.
