Evaluation of attempts with written-oral examination format

Every year, 6000-7000 people take the trade or journeyman exam through the practice candidate scheme. In order to be able to take the trade or journeyman exam in this way, one must first pass a centrally given written exam. In this project, NIFU and Fafo are evaluating a trial of a written-oral exam format, and investigating whether this is a better way for these candidates to demonstrate their competence.
