The authorisation of cleaning companies - does it work?

From 1 September 2012, all cleaning companies must be authorised by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority in order to operate legally. In this project we evaluate a new measure by asking the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the social partners, the employers and the customer.
